There are several factors that have caused man’s immunity to drop to these low levels. Chief among the reasons for this decline is the fact that man today is not feeding on healthy food. Another reason is that man has become very inactive and this inactivity is inversely affecting the health of his body systems making them weak.
Physical activity helps to tune up body systems such as the circulatory system, the respiratory systems, the digestive system, the nerve system, and other systems. Without regular exercise the systems become flaccid due to inactivity.
The modern day man needs to exercise more to maintain a healthy body. Unfortunately, engaging in physical exercise that is rigorous enough to keep the body fit is not very easy and is not pleasant.
